Trained as a chef. Experience includes spells at Spencer House, owned by the Spencer Family and Lord Rothschild as well as Claridges in London. Adam has worked at Michelin star restaurants and cooked for a number of distinguished people including the Queen, the late Princess of Wales and Margaret Thatcher.
