What inspired you to pursue a career in modelling?
It was my wife’s idea, she was keen for me to do something new

Be interested in people, you’re going to meet many different and varied types
How important is it for models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body image?
Healthy lifestyle and body image should be essential to everyone! And especially if your career is modelling i.e. projecting an image
What are some common misconceptions about modelling?
Models are NOT vain, they just look after themselves. See me above answer.
How does social media play a role in the modelling industry?
Sadly for someone who’s 65 social media does play a big part and you need to learn how to use it. Pretend you’re a teenager and get to it!
What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a model?
Realise that it is a business, it’s a lot of fun but is still a job, treat it as a job it’s how you pay the bills.
How do you deal with rejection in the modelling industry?
Take in on the chin and move on.
What do you enjoy most about modelling?
Loads! Meeting like minded people, seeing new places, travelling, laughing, it’s best job in the world, just remember that it is a job
How do you stay updated on industry trends and movements?
If you’re mentally alert to your career you will see trends forming, keep being interested in what you do, keep speaking to photographers/clients etc
How has your experience been working with us at Mentor Model Agency?
Only done one job so far, but it was well organised and efficiently dealt with. I will feel confident working for you again (and again and again……..hopefully!)
